Issue
There is some equipment to be rent out. Beside this needs an administration anyway for the rental fleet, also each single machine should have a kind of diary.
A simple and pragmatic solution is preferred, and an integrated system as well.

Implementation
- standard EFS template
- equipment simply listed
- key info noted in addition
- LogBook created per button, automatically stored in related folder.
- as often you want: key info and status entry are transferred (pushed) to the LogBook. No opening necessary.
- further info (like pictures or comments) can be added manually to LogBook
- direct opening of LogBook possible for modification simply per button
- QuickView function for pdf-files
